Membership Application

To apply for membership to Palisades Pool, please use the link below.  Please complete the application and send it to us with your non-refundable wait list deposit.   Please note that our best estimate of the current waitlist time is approximately five to eight years for new applicants applying starting summer 2012.   For applicants currently on the waitlist, our best estimate is that the time on the waitlist will be approximately five years.

Once a membership becomes available, selected wait-listed applicants may apply as Temporary Members. Temporary membership status continues year by year until a Bonded Membership becomes available (generally another 7-9 years).  At that time a Temporary Member must purchase a bond to continue as a member of the pool association.  A bond currently costs $1,500, payable in two annual installments. The Bond is refunded at the purchase price when a member decides to discontinue membership to the Pool.

Membership fees are currently $460 for Family Bonded Membership, $620 for Family Temporary Membership,  $335 for Single Bonded Membership and $485 for Single Temporary Membership.  The Association offers a new Senior membership category for existing bondholders: $285 for Single Senior Membership, $360 for Family Senior Membership.

To be placed on the waiting list for membership, please complete the membership application, enclose a $40 non-refundable check made out to Palisades Swimming Pool Assoc., and mail to: Palisades Swimming Pool Assoc., P.O. Community Service Hours

Your teenagers can earn community service credit by helping out at pool functions. Teens can help out at swim meets by timing, working at the snack bar, writing ribbons etc. Our social chairs are always in needs of teens willing to supervise the moon bounce, do face painting for the younger crowd, and help with cleanup. Please contact the appropriate board member for more information.
